Harvest Service: This will be on Sunday 27 September at 10am in the Queens Hall. There will be a Food Collection (tinned meat and fish, cereals, and any other non-perishables) for the food pantry at St Paul’s, Manningham, plus collection taken for Christian Aid.
Bible Study: Zoe will be looking at running a six week bible study on the Old Testament, date and time yet to be decided but if you’re interested please let her know!
Join our new Worship Band! Andrew would like to invite any new instrumentalists to join for our new worship band practices. The first two rehearsals will be held on Wednesday 30 September and Wednesday 7 October at 6pm in church
Nepal floods: Thank you for the generous response with prayers and donations to support our fundraising for the emergency relief after the catastrophic Nepal floods on 26 August. We have now sent a total of £500 via Jane and Prem and others have donated directly via this website: https://www.inf.org.uk/ . THANK YOU to everyone who has contributed. People made homeless and vulnerable by the floods have been receiving water, food, shelter, counselling support and medical treatments from the Christian development agency Asal Chimikee (funded by INF and Tearfund) and INF. Please continue to pray for the many people and communities affected by this terrible event – we thank you so much for your support. Prem and Jane
